I need something that will get me permanently banned, working with the current patch

I signed up for annual pass and I'm quitting. Blizzard won't let me cancel my credit card.

I need something that will be immediately detected by warden so I can get permabanned.

I just tested what would happen if I wrote to almost all of them, and then I logged in on a new char and waited.. Took about 20-30min and then I got disconnected and found this in my email inbox:

Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Use of Third Party Automation Software

It's probably both easier and faster to call your bank and tell them to block any payments to Blizzard instead.
