Simple Anti Afk addon/ bot / macro

I just need a simple thing that will keep me online for wow. It does not have to be anything fancy just something really simple. Oh i also would have to be able to run it in the background. Thanks in advance.

look at Ohack. While it lets you do cool things like fly, walk on water, no clip, it also makes it so you never go afk. (To make the box go away in-game, simply type .ui )
