PQR Profiles and leveling

I was wondering if there were any PQR profiles out there for leveling if not where can I look to modify an existing one to work?

you need to be more specific like what class/spec are you wanting to level?

Honestly I'd be fine with any class any level but i guess if I had to pick a few I'd say Holy Pally Dungeon leveling spec as well as like a disc priest dungeon heal spec.
