ARQ bot has anyone tried and have feedback?

Has anyone tried ARQ bot. Curious on any feedback you may have on it.

it was the best arena bot around the net..
now its down and i dont know for how long...

You don't need an updated version for it to work pre-patch. I found out that if you block all its connections to the internet in your firewall, you can continue using it. (I'm using windows firewall and it works like a charm).
However, I've tried it on the ptr and your character name will look like this in the bot after the patch |-| so I am unsure if it will work or not after the patch.

Anyway, what you do to get it to work these last 2 weeks (on windows 7 atleast):
1: Open control panel
2: Go into windows firewall
3: Select advanced settings
4: Click outbound rules
5: On the right hand side of the screen, click New Rule...
6: Make sure program is selected
7: Enter the path to the program
8: Make sure its set to block the connection
9: And make sure its always active
10: Enter a name for it (I simply wrote ARQ)
11: Profit

tried it.. didn't work, the message still popped up, did you disable something else?

I know a few people have had to use different firewalls to get it to work, like AVG internet security or any such program

ARQ is now dead, the author has disapeared and isnt coming back.. until the pointer is updated for 4.3 it wont work..
