Considering buying this bot and I was wondering if you can setup so it logs out of the Real ID chat thingy ?

I don't think the client can do that on its own (Which means HB can't either).
There are, however, some simple programs or hostfile edits that can do that for you. Try doing a search in the guides, exploits, or bots and programs section.

The programs you're talking about, can I be banned for using them ? Cause it would suck major balls if I had to be using 2 programms that can lead to my account getting banned.. And also, if I do get caught will I be perma banned on the first offense? Never been banned for anything before or even gotten any warnings on my account.
