Hey, Im new to botting so bare with me.

I am look for a bot that kills mobs until a certain item drops and bags it. If anyone can point me in that right direction that would be nice.

Hmmm, not sure if bot's can do what you are asking them to do. The bot would have to be pretty intensive. A few really good bots would include HonorBuddy and Pirox. I personally would go with HonorBuddy, you're gonna have to pay a bit more for it but it's well worth the price. Both these bots have forums that offer support and so forth.

use pirox and set item and have the bot set as looting only blues , epics or greens...
