This happens everytime I try to attach. I've tried everything in the solutions tread; running as administrator, windowed mode, full screen mode, attaching at character select screen, not flying, updating .net framework, etc

That's weird, did you run both WoW and sGather as administrator?
Are you 100% sure that you got the latest version of everything? First I would make that sure by downloading everything again, including sgather.
What OS do you got btw?

I've got windows vista and the version of sgather I downloaded is the one from the stickied sgather thread and the .net framework I downloaded is from the stickied mrfishit thread. I've already downloaded it a few different times to see if it'd work, placing it in different directories.
Got a friend that uses vista aswell and he had some problems. I don't know how to solve that tho' I'm afraid.
Doh! Foiled by my dumb operating system once again. If your friend figures it out let me know, thanks for trying!
Run the .net framework again but instead of repairing or installing remove it.
The download the c+++ and do the same uninstall the program.
If you have ccleaner run the registry repair tool and fix the errors.
Reboot your pc then run the installers again.
SOmetimes things get left over during upgrades/installs and it will foul out the installation.
Ive had to do this different times.
Also make sure sgatherer is in its own folder and dont put any other bots in there.
I had sgatherer and sfisher in the same folder and when I updated sgatherer I kept getting errors.
I deleted sfisher from the folder and bam stopped erroring out. /shrug
Well.. in general.. SGather isn't at it's 100% atm.. so i guess we'll have to bear with it untill JuJu fixes it.. those solutions aren't for every problem of course, but they do help. if everything doesn't work, then its good to try it on a different computer.
