Interrupt only when target is casting

Hey. So after getting a little trigger happy on Nefarian tonight, and firing off my interrupt too early on one of the Prototypes, I realized how handy a script/hack would be that prevents me from interrupting unless my target is casting.

For example, using this, one could spam Pummel or Kick on a target with no effect until it starts to cast something.

I guess it would require cancelling the key press, but I have no programming knowledge myself, so if anyone were able to put something together to do this I would love and +Rep them dearly.

I tried that autokick program, it looks very handy, but falls short in some situations e.g. maintaining an interrupt rotation between two people.

What I'm looking for is a hack that cancels the key press if the target isn't casting, so you could literally never waste the cool down through human error, even when spamming it.

ask autokicker dev guy to add the feature to only kick if a hotkey is pressed, or hotkey to enable/disable when it is your turn to kick (with notification that its on/off)
