    Sgather freezing issues

    Hello, I've been trying to help a friend get SGather to work and have stumpled across a complication that I haven't been able to work around. When my friend, who is using windows xp starts SGather it freezes upon opening and he gets the typical "send report" etc. Does anyone know what the problem might be? I would be grateful for any type of help.
