Preventing account from being seriously affected in banwave?

I stupidly used a hack on my main account, so what i'm going to do now:

Buy WoW and the expacs
Buy a 2 month card
Transfer my 80 into the new account and into a new realm.

Will my brand new account be banned aswell?

rofl if you are not banned now you wont get banned. especially for a hack, botting = serious uses and not even that prevents; they aren't stupid they can follow a paper trail 125$ for notoriety from some scubber /care :P he can't prove shit and just don't do it.(assuming you were seen hence this question.

I used the AMulti live server hack, it has no warden protection which means my account is most likely flagged for an upcoming banwave.

Look at the AMulti thread, it has heaps of paranoid people.

I wouldnt do it, the chances of you actually getting banned - (provided you dont use it again) are extremely low.

You will probably be fine mate, buying a new account would be a waste of time and money whether you get banned or not. If it helps your paranoia Blizzard doesn't really care that much, as long as your paying and not stopping others from paying. One report from one player would be fastly dismissed. I reported a botter a while back as he/she was stealing alll my kills. He was still there the next day, in the spot killing every single one of my mobs. I even got 50 of my guildies to report him, he was still there.

Details aside - If you are flagged at any point, you'll be included in the banwave. Wether you have used it once or daily doesn't matter in the slightest.
