Looking for a simple(?) chat bot.

Man I haven't been here since old model editing days. Anyway-

I play on a RP focused private server, but I'm not around during peak hours, and thought it might be nice to have a bot set up in a static area that would respond to chat messages in /say.
Saw a lot of complaints on the forums about how Bots use ChatGPT now, and I figured that would be a perfect way to do things.

Unfortunately, it seems like a lot of bots nowadays are either way too involved for me, or built specifically for earlier versions than what the private server runs.
I figured I just, might not be finding the right bot. Assuming it doesn't exist though, I thought about trying to learn how to code it myself, or commission/hire someone to do it - but I'm unsure where to ask for something like that.

So, here we are! Am I just not finding the right thing? Or should I hunt down someone who can code for me? And if so, where would be a good place for that?

Sorry for the bother, just figured it couldn't hurt to ask around since I wasn't having any luck with my searches.
