PQR script 3.3.5

Hello everybody. I have script for wow 3.3.5. I unlock lua gagarin 1.7 and use this script "#show Mind Freeze

/run if UnitCastingInfo("target") or UnitChannelInfo("target") then RunMacroText("/cast [@target] Mind Freeze") end" i want use this script in pqr and button bind "E". I like manually button script when i want.
Can somebody halp me, how to make this at pqr.
