Profile working... randomly (SWD)

Hello! I have a Priest profile that works great in a realm (swd: blind, scatter shot, repentance, gouge) but in the same server, on another realm, it can SWD only scatter shot.

Same issue on another server, it can ony swd scatter shot, other spells you see the pqr trying to press the swd key when the CC is already on you, like a "delay" (it reads the combat log too late and tries to swd, lets say, but it's too late like the server added intentional a delay on combat log to prevent this type of "abuse")

So what's the explanation of this? If they really added a delay to combat log to "juke" the pqr, why they did it only to blind, gouge, repentance and NOT scatter shot?

What's the rule? I don't understand how it works..the code is the same, the only thing that changes are spells' IDs.

Same thing with rogue, on a realm i can vanish blinds 100%; same server other realm i CAN'T vanish blind, zero chance. But I can CoS Death Coil. And both spells (deathcoil-> cos, blind->vanish) are on the same line of code..

So what's going on?? Why all this randomness?

Yeah I thought the same but my question is why delaying only some spells and others not? I mean if you want to protect the server from pqr why u let people CoS death coil or SWD scatter? Just delay everything?

Some abilities are triggered successful, but it doesn't mean it's instantaneous. Scatter shot is a projectile that takes time to hit the target. If you have low latency, you can counter enemy spells.

For SWD, you can track enemy cast start, check the spell casting, and if they have you targetted (Enemy.."target"). Not sure if SWD can cast towards enemy names, but you should least be able to target enemy casts.

Yea its because of the "travel time" of the spell, like death coil, scatter shot, they aren't istant.
A forum user told me so and he is pretty much right.
