Team OMW 1-60 Glider profiles – Cloth AC

I started gliding the moment I started my human warlock and also lvl’ed my professions of Tailoring, Enchanting and all secondary. I set up using imp from lvl 1. We were on new server so no alts to mob kill the imp quest. OMW and I took turns sacrificing ourselves to distract mob from chest. I added a wand as soon as I was able. I use imp with 30 yard pull, pet attack, prevent runners when needed, fear additional attackers, use wand and use immolate. I use eagle and stam gear, with a speed enchant on the boots. Most of the glides I was able to use AFK.

*All glides tested at or written for 30 yard ranged pull
*All glides tested by alliance faction, although many should work for horde too
*AFK danger glides are mentioned in notes
*Our team uses different file naming protocol listing mob lvl first
*A copy of this text should be included in the zip file as a web page
*Per request, this is an early beta release of our team profiles as used by Team OMW Girl’s warlock. Some lvl 30+ profiles were downloaded and modified. It’s beta but it’s mostly good.

01-04 Elwynn Forest - Northshire Valley (kobold-wolves-defias).xml
I stayed on this profile until I reached lvl 5 then moved on to Goldshire. There is no reason to really sit and watch this glides. With the exception of just starting a character off and not having large bags for your items, you may need to empty packs often to continue looting.

05-06 Elwynn Forest - Maclure Vinyard (pigs).xml
This profile was great at lvl 5, the pigs respawn like crazy, but very over populated with others questing or just grinding. Small glide in a farmer’s field, easy to observe, I did not glide this one completely AFK.

05-09 Elwynn Forest - Farms Tour (pigs, bears, humans).xml
At lvl 7 I switched and did a more spread out profile to not be so obvious that I was running a circle around a pig patch. Great profile for this lvl.

08-10 Elwynn Forest - Forest's Edge.xml
At lvl 8 I came here, decent money drops for the lower lvl’s

10-13 Westfall - The Jansen Stead (ghostwalk added).xml
At lvl 10 I used this one, more money drops and also good for lower lvl cooking skills, and some pigs and wolves for skinning.

10-14 Westfall -River Bank (ghostwalk).xml
At lvl 13 I moved up a few lvl’s, this is more for skinning and cooking looting, no money, but decent greys for selling to vendor

14-15 Westfall -Saldean's Farm, Furlbrows pumpkin patch (harvesters, all mobs - ghostwalk).xml

XP/hr: 7 – 12,000
Minimum time to lvl: 1hr (xp rate vs total)
I stayed here for about one lvl then moved to the bigger River bank profile.

14-17 Westfall -River Bank-(ghostwalk).xml

Total XP for lvl 15: 14,400
XP/hr: 3 – 10,000
Minimum time to lvl: 1.44 hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 15 I used this one for a few lvl’s.

15-18 Westfall -The Dagger Hills (defias - ghostwalk).xml
Total Time Played: 20hr, 30min
Total XP for lvl 16: 16,000
XP/hr: 10 – 16,000
Minimum time to lvl: 1hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 16 this came in handy, great money making glide for a lower lvl. Gotta love the humans that drop that cash….woot woot

18-20 Duskwood - The Darkened Bank (wolves, spiders - ghostwalk).xml
Total Time Played: 1d, 2hr, 53
Total XP for lvl 18: 19,400
XP/hr: 8 – 11,000
Minimum time to lvl: 1.76 hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 18 I came here and stayed until lvl 24, awesome drops

23-27 Duskwood - Darkshire (skelly, spiders - Blind Mary to Naraxis rare elite - ghostwalk).xml
At lvl 25 I came here until lvl 26, decent drops

25-30 Duskwood - Vul Gol Ogre Mound - v3 (ogres - ghostwalk).xml
Total Time Played: 2d, 14hr, 2min
Total XP for lvl 27: 38,900
XP/hr: 14 – 18,000
Minimum time to lvl: 2.16 hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 27 I came here, great drops, high chance of others being around this area, total AFK not a good idea.

28-30 Duskwood - Manor Mistmantle (ghouls - ghostwalk).xml
Total Time Played: 2d, 22hr, 23min
Total XP for lvl 29: 44,300
XP/hr: 19 – 23,00
Minimum time to lvl: 1.92 hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 29 I came here, great money glide, misses the lvl 31 in the house

30-32 Thousand Needles - The Shimmering Flats (all mobs - ghostwalk).xml
Total Time Played: 3d, 2hr, 26min
Total XP for lvl 30: 47,400
XP/hr: 23 – 27,000
Minimum time to lvl: 1.75 hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 30 I came here, I downloaded this one off the old profiles, great profile, good drops, renamed and added ghost waypoints and factions.

30-35 - Thousand Needles - Shimmering Flats - SandShip (Turtles).xml
xp/hr @ lvl 34 was 11 – 19,000
At lvl 32 I moved to this one for higher XP, I downloaded this one off the old profiles, great profile, renamed and added factions.

36-38 Dustwallow Marsh - Dreadmurk Shore (turtles-ghostwalk).xml
At lvl 36 I came here where the crazy shark glitched and came on land and up the rocks to eat me and my poor impy. I got some screen shots, it only happened once, It must have just been glitched, no problems after that.

38-41 Swamp Of Sorrows - Misty Valley (elementals - ghostwalk).xml

Total Time Played @ lvl 39: 5d, 4hr, 14min
At lvl 38 I came here, I downloaded this off the old profiles, great profile, great glide for money and herbs, gotta watch the horde coming to gank your kills though LOL

40-43 Tanaris - Steamwheedle Port - Wavestrider Beach (all mobs).xml
Total XP for lvl: 90,700
I moved here at lvl 40, had no troubles, good drops, gotta love turtle scales and the pearls (some golden). This was first profile I ever wrote, had used OMW’s prior to this. I wrote this long ago, it is not a downloaded profile. It’s a great spot.

43-45 Feathermoon - Isle of Dread.xml
At lvl 43 I came here, a little down and back up the beach I wrote, nothing to big, but great money

45-47 Azshara - Haldarr (Ghosts).xml
At 45 I came here, I hated leaving this one, great cloth drops and money, this was downloaded off the old profiles. Added factions and ghostwalk.

50 - 53 Azshara - Southridge Beach (mermaids).xml
At lvl 50 I came here, I downloaded this off the old profiles as well, awesome profile, I applaud the writer of this glide, I made no changes, and only died a few times when someone road through and aggro’d everything, awesome money and loot. Had 6 rares and 1 epic drop.

54-57 Winterspring (ghosts - Lake Kel Theril - ghostwalk).xml
Total Time Played: 11d, 8hr, 4min
Total XP for lvl 55: 180,800
XP/hr: 20,000
Minimum time to lvl: 9.04 hr (xp rate vs total)
At lvl 55 I came here, this was also downloaded off the old profiles, no changes were made to this profile. This glide will take you to 60 with no problems, great money, great cloth drops

these are profiles they are used in glider take them and put them in your glider profiles folder and then u load it and start gliding the profile

Be careful using these now, since they were released publicly they are used by a LOT of people... meaning GMs will watch for similar pathing from multiple characters. Best bet is to learn from the areas they are using, then either make your own, or come here and request a profile.

ok for gliding u basicly get cought by not setting up right aka boting stupid and the word of advise i can give to u on this from persona experence is dont bot for extrem amounts of time and do not bot while away from your house or sleeping

if u happen to go out side make sure to have loud speakers and if u aregoing to a friends house and u wanna keep gliding then make sure u get a glider remote for u can monitor your glider

I agree with the do not bot for excess amounts of time, as you should limit yourself to 4 hour sessions. However, what is the point of buying Glider if you do not go afk to use it? You might as well save yourself $25.00 and hand-grind. If set up right and using common sense, you can easily go afk, whether it be out of the house or to go asleep.
