Place any window ontop of all other windows including WoW

This is a really nice thing to have, especially when leveling a toon, and you want to watch a movie from www.peekvid.com or itunes. So what u do is download and run this program (link at end). Then you right click the application that u want to stay on top of all other things, and make sure wow is in windowed maximized mode. Heres an example, i run WoW, and have my itunes seperate window of my video, or from peekvid, and then place it over my map, and watch movies while i level my alt.

PS This also hides applactions, so onlookers, parents, boss, ect dont know what ur running (i dont mean like process gaurd, just takes it of the tool bar)l

edit: Nvm found another link @ cnet. but.. when i turn Stay On Top on VLC, the movie turns just black..

oh got it to work,
if u got the same problem i had, start up the program. then R-click on the TweakWindow icon in the systemtray bar.
go into Settings and then at the tab called "Options" un-mark the box where it says "Make Window transparent when it stay "Always on top"
and click Apply.

thanks but people with Nvidia graphics cards can already do this by enabling Nvidia controls on windows

Cool very usefule for the program that translates all WoW languages. Before i would have to get somewhere safe, minimise read then maximise. But with this i shall never do that again!

hmmmm..... cant get it to work, WoW just completely covers everything. I put cheat engine on "stay on top" yet it is still covered by WoW?. some1 plz tell me what im doing wrong.
