How to farm? They're banning for game behavior it seems
I don't think they detect my bot.
I am using two types of profiles - farmers and traders.
Traders work about 2 hours per day, and these accounts have been alive for years.
Farmers, on the other hand, get hits by waves every 2-6-8 weeks. They are active for ~12 hours per day.
If they could detect my bot then the traders would catch bans as well.
Also from the technical side I operate quite deep (no user mode, no open handlers, no software input etc...).
Each farmers runs on its own fresh, physical PC.
So, are they look for what you do and how you do it (monitor and analyze game behavior)?
Is anyone experience that kind of issue and have some workaround?
I understand that this kind of question is quite scrupulous and private. That's why I'm even willing to throw a huge amount of funds for the sake of information, cause I'm in quite desparate condition.

I'd appreciate input from someone with more technical and specific knowledge but it seems to me pretty obvious unless I'm missing something.
No one does 12 hours a day farming for a reason Blizzard would consider valid. It is probably going to be a botter or someone selling gold for RL money.
By contrast many people trade for 2 hours a day or more. Marathon sessions are likely to be a key trigger.

I run my bots 12 hours a day and there is no issue. I'll bet this guy is running lvl 60 rogue bots in ramparts getting mass reported, and ramparts or slave pens are the most heavily botted instances this expansion.

I'm running stealth gathering in Bastion, Ardenweald and Maldraxxus (random switching during some time). Regarding reports I'm avoiding nods in 20-30 yards near players. Also randomized navigation paths (modified detour).
I don't believe that it could be reports, cause some very fresh bots (2-3 days) are also affected. And these areas are not crowded so much in last patches

First of all 12hr a day sounds like regular thing , so it's not a problem . Actually I think I know what your problem is , just so u know blizzard can easily detect bots even without analyzing your behavior .

Each farmer runs on his physical PC with unique external IP (no proxy)

Once again I got hit, right after the day patch (9.2.7) 18.08.
This time tried different tactic for level, did a lot of quests, no 50lvl boost etc.
One fresh account lasted for just 6 days (actually farmed 2 days).
