Is it possible to read crucial data from packets without being detected and decrypt it without client? If so, please poke me in right direction.

I don't have a link to it but maybe you can find it on ownedcore/google but there was a project called boogiebot that was clientless and did quite a bit of interesting things, I imagine it's a good starting point. It's probably not for the version of the game you want but should be really good.
