ADTtoOBJ with CASC File Parser

Adt to obj parser made for current WoW Legion build.

I had to make navigation for my bot and I couldn't find any WoW geometry parser so I decided to make one myself

Since I had zero experience with this kind of stuff I don't know if everything is correct.

Parsed obj file preview in MeshLab:

Parsing all adt blocks to obj took me around 8 hours with 4 processes.
