Hey guys
Since there was no longer supported bots for Mac and I am a programmer since a long ago, I decided to start building my own one.
My goal were to simplify it to the minimum (Start/Stop without any settings at all) and while building and testing It I have reach a nice state to just open it and let it do the work.
If anyone here want to test it so I can reach a more stable version I can share the latest build, just reply this post with your OSX version and I will pm you.
How it works:
- Run wow client in windowed mode, put fish action in action bar n.1, hide game interface with CTRL+Z. open the bot app and hit start
Details:
- Bot uses the native machine learning framework (CoreML) with my trained model (89% atm) to identify and catch doing screenshoots every 0,5 seconds.
- It works while in the background in windowed mode.
- Beat any graphic/gameplay setup (liquid details, night, weather, etc)
- It does not send/track/save anything, it only use the saved memory image before get the next one
- More to come
Requirements:
- MacOSX Catalina and up
- Wow classic client
- Allow access to send keyboard/mouse events and screen sharing to get the screenshoot. (You can block in the firewall the app to see that I does nothing malicious)
Goals prior v 1.0
- Work with Retail
- Improve trained model
- Support multiple game running instances
- Lure usage
- Timers
I do not have plans of release the source code, sell the bot or even give support. I did this as a tool I need and I just want to have others to help me improve it.
