What is this?
This is a tool that monitors the in-game chat. The tool has an option that will convert the text to "speech". Using this option is like adding a voice to the game. whenever someone says something in the chat, it will now sounds like a real voice!

How it works
Like i said, the tool will monitor the in-game chat for new messages. Once a new message show, tool will then convert text to speech and play it out loud.

How to use
Just open the tool, click "Scan for processes".
Once a attached, Scan for players and "activate" voices using the CheckBoxes in the left row.
You can also give each player a diffrent voice, but those voices must be installed on your computer already.
