WoWConnect
Info:
This is my realmlist editor. I don't call it a realmlist changer because it dosen't change your relmlist file for another one, it edits it. Don't bitch that it's non GUI, non GUI pwns.
Downloads:
v1.0 or v1.0
Setup:
1) Extract the rar file into your WoWFolder (C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft).
2) Right click your WoW shortcut -> Properties.
3) Change Target: "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\launcher.exe" to "C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoWConnect.exe".
4) Run your WoW shortcut and follow the built in setup. Be SURE not to use any spaces in the names or it will not work right. Instead of spaces put underscores (_).
5) Run your WoW shortcut again when you wish to play WoW. When you run it again, enter the number associated with the server your wish to play on and hit enter. WoWConnect will edit your realmlist file for you and start WoW.exe.
Troubleshooting:
1) Did you do everything I said in the setup? Even if you are 100% sure you did, go back and check.
2) Did you replace all your spaces with underscores?
3) Did you enter a number above 0 when asked how many servers you use?
If you said yes to everything above and you have a problem, then you're wrong on one of the questions.

Re: WoWConnect
So what exactly does this do?
It changes the realm name to some other name?

Re: WoWConnect
No it changes the realmlist.
So you can change between live servers and private servers.

Re: WoWConnect
It will run WoW with a modified realmlist. The point of this is to only enter each server once and not have to modify the relamlist file manually every time you want to play on a different server.

Re: WoWConnect
1) AZO, I didn't make this to release it, I made it for myself how I wanted a relmlist editor. I just uploaded it here incase someone else might want one like this, but may not have the time or ability to make one.
2) No, it's a link to my currently idotic self-restarting server. I'm going to upload things to RS for the time being, because I can't work on things for a week or so after today.

Re: WoWConnect
Yeah, I did make this for myself, not as a "plz repps me!" project. Umm I can get you a screen in a few minutes.
This is pretty simple to do, all you need to know is a basic knowledge of C++, file in/out, and vectors. I found all this information by using google. =D
Edit: Wow, I'm not paying attention, what you said was a joke.

Re: WoWConnect
You didn't put it in your world of warcraft folder. Like I said there are only 3 possible problems:
1) Did you do everything I said in the setup? Even if you are 100% sure you did, go back and check.
2) Did you replace all your spaces with underscores?
3) Did you enter a number above 0 when asked how many servers you use?
As for Nickdapimp, I'm not going to post any pictures, you can spend 15 seconds, download and run it, and even if I did you can't give me any rep. There is a thing called Rep Power located below your Reputation. Your Rep Power is how much rep you can give, and your's is 0.
