Wow, I can't personally test this, but I believe you that it works. Good job.

200 WoW Gold.
I renamed it, launched it and now under my force quit menu and activity monitor it says "wow-antiafk-renameThis"
Yeah it does that, but i think The Warden only knows what you renamed itOriginally Posted by lagalot
Haven't got disconnected by The Warden yet for using it with a new name (I use a-nti a-fk)
Otherwise, you can tell me if it catches the origional name and i can remake the file with a different name so that that won't happen

Hacks/Bots for Macs
Actually, I'm sure they could hash the executable's data, and therefore detect it no matter what it is called.
You think it's that intrusive? That it checks what every process is doing? And it would check for an application that is telling "System Events" to make a virtual keystroke?Originally Posted by Chazwazza
In that case, how does anything get past it, and am I interpreting what you said correctly??
And I also made that application I was talking about earlier (Called a-nti_a-fk_2)

Ah yes, and according to my friend, you can autorun into a wall and not go AFK...but I havn't tested it (sounds like it wouldn't work to me)

Nah, you got me wrong. I don't think it hooks the system. I think that it looks at each process, finds it on the harddrive (the info is stored in memory), then it hashes the EXE using MD5 or SHA1 or something. Reports the hash back to blizzard servers, if it is a known hash of a hack or bot or something, then they may ban you.
When I was talking about The Warden, I always thought that was what made me get disconnected after using the anti-afk bots
I would get pushed back to the login screen with a popup that would say "Please enter your username" or "Please enter your password"

I just thought of something else!
Unfortunatly, it doesn't really give you an advantage or anything, it's just for lazy people...
I don't have an application for this, because this is an application that logs you in so you will have to create it on your own...
1. Search for the application "Script Editor" and open it (a window should come up)
2. The in the place where the cursor is (the flashing vertical line) copy and paste this code:
(Replace ##ACCOUNT NAME## with your account name, and replace ##ACCOUNT PASSWORD## with your account password, keeping the quotes)
(With this one, you will have to have WoW open and at the login screen)
(With this one, you can just run the script, and it will open WoW and log you in, but you need to know the amount of time until WoW gets to the login screen (in seconds) and replace the ## next to "delay" to that number)Code:tell application "World of Warcraft" to activate tell application "System Events" keystroke "##ACCOUNT NAME##" keystroke tab keystroke "##ACCOUNT PASSWORD##" keystroke return end tell
UNFORTUNATLY!!! You cannot use the following script if you use the launcher (the launcher makes a window come up with the "Play" button on it)
3. Save it (Command+S) and change the file format dropdown menu that says "script" to "application bundle" and check the box "Run Only"Code:tell application "World of Warcraft" to activate delay "##" tell application "System Events" keystroke "##ACCOUNT NAME##" keystroke tab keystroke "##ACCOUNT PASSWORD##" keystroke return end tell
4. Press Command+M to put WoW in a window and run the application (if you are using the first code)
5. Be able to log in lazily!

Man...dunno if anyone uses this crap I'm posting but I finally found my stupid mistake in this "spam" bot.
- You can select which channel your message will be displayed on
- You can select how many times the message is displayed
- You can select the delay between messages
Download it here (it's called "Spammer"):
