First of all make sure Area Loot (or whatever it is called) in WOW is enabled and also Auto Loot. If you're a Hunter with Fetch then looting is easy. Just create a Group in Chimpeon that presses the Fetch key every 30 seconds or so. Similarly, if you are an Engineer, do the same with Loot-a-rang. If you're not any of these then looting gets more difficult... You would need the mobs to die next to you (standard for Melee classes not so much for Ranged). You would then need to setup a Group in Chimpeon that performs right-clicks in several places around you character. In all honesty, if you're not a Hunter then take up Engineering and get yourself a Loot-a-rang!

When I run the macro, the mouse moves as it should but it doesn't actually click anything. I have tried different durations for the clicks as well as delays but nothing seems to work.

With Blizz being so hot on banning users for automated gameplay, streaming WOW to a remote PC (where Chimpeon is installed) isn't the only way we can help stop the ban hammer. An interesting idea that popped up on the Chimpeon facebook page is to use Status Hot Keys to stop game automation after a specified period of time. Here's an example that will stop Chimpeon fishing after 1 hour...

if you use chimpeon and wow on the same computer to automate gameplay you will be banned very very very likely(i was).

however you can stream wow to a second computer that will have chimpeon running and sends the keys to your main computer that has wow running. No reported bans for this method so far as im aware.

It is detected by Blizz (like almost every non-private bot/clicker). HOWEVER, the streaming method detailed here prevents detection and no bans have been reported from using that method.

I've not tested with anything other than Steam and Splastop. I suspect though Chimpeon would work with the ones you mention. Streaming is about as safe as you're going to get unless you have a very private bot. I'll never say 100% safe as that's just crazy talk

I've heard talk of clickers being affected by pixel changes but for me Chimpeon continues to work perfectly. Can anyone here elaborate on what these pixel changes are please because I have no idea?

Rather than looking specifically for a pixel can you make it look for a section of an image? This would increase accuracy tenfold.
