Well let's see. Is it a character.. and therefore possible an none playable character a.k.a NPC.. ( they tend to be able to move etc and have animation and not be called a figurine )

Or is it indeed and item ??

I used to have object checked and haven't found a single one within a month.
Then it got to me they used to be detectable by NPC_Scan, so I started thinking maybe that's why I didn't find anything, and I spent really load of hours in Uldum. Maybe they are considered NPCs?

You can usually figure it out by looking at the url on wowhead.

Wowhead shows 2 results when you search with a url containing: npc=50409 & npc=50410
So make a filter for npc with the id 50409|50410

So many times I was in Uldum, and probably missed a ton of them

Dont bother with ID 50410, 50409 is the one that teleports you.

Here is my Mana Filter as well as a Chromie Scenario filter I made.
This is just a small filter for farming some mana to do the scenario and doesn't have any mana treasures added to it.
