Hi all, in general, it is need after Val'anyr's proc varied weapons such Bloodsurge and 45 seconds later Bloodsurge back to Val'anyr. welcome any ideas
I trying this

that way, but I use the code given above, I am staying with reduced SPD even 30s, this is the problem. maybe it should be the timer that counts down after 45s proc or something like that

Which server do you play on? Most servers have a gcd on val’nar so if you remove it and equips it the gcd restarts
