Instant Respawn mobs that drop mtoes, greens, blues, HB profiel request

Hey!

I want to share my find of instant respawn mob that drop motes, greens, blues, and may drop epics although on wowhead it doesnt show up. They are called Weeping Horrors and are found in Krasarang Wilds. Weeping Horror - NPC - World of Warcraft

Could anyone do a HB profile for farming these? I imagine the kill/hour would be insane, and the motes as well, i tried manual farming for like 5 minutes and got 10 motes.
