ya u can its a mod but ur less likely to get caught if u only talk in g chat. also if u could get ban for using the macro(back wen it worked and you didnt get dced) you could definetly get ban for using this(unless blizz is being nice now which i highly doubt that)

That's client side, this is SERVER SIDE, you're sending the colours to the server! People can see your messages in the colour you select.

(Yes that's right, I spell colour with a superfluous 'u', I'm an aussie, bite me)

You're not injecting anything. This is a packet filter...it filters packets.

So when you type fcFF00FF00Green somewhere (where Blizzard hasn't blocked it) and you will see "Green" written in green writing. Read the read me...it explains what's going on.

It's useless...but cool to mess with people. Back when it worked in the mail system, it had potential as a nice scam because you could send a message in all blue text and say it was from Blizzard (and people would more than likely believe you because seriously...how many of you have ever seen color in your mailbox before).

This really just exists to mess around now and show a weakness in Blizzard's programming (that they don't have a universal server-side function for removing these color codes).

Blizzard might ban you not only because of it's potential in scamming people but also because WPE Pro is a sketchy program at best (c'mon, it injects code that plays with WoW's WinSock threads...Warden COULD easily detect it).

Color that everyone else can see? Are you sure about that? Where did that colored text show up (because it doesn't work in places like chat regardless unless you're on an emulated server).
