I have the same problem as "thebangster".
It won't give me the option to change the Sleep Timer or even setting one up.

Anyone have a solution on this problem?

Just downloaded this looking for something for RAF.

If you're still building on this, a feature I recommend is having the option to have random intervals instead of a set time.

Is there an update since _KeySpam v1.1? I came to this thread following an mmowned link and manually changed mmowned to ownedcore, so I'm a bit unsure.
