    Open CMD and enter the following (including the "" if there is a space within the path):

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Users\usernameofyou\Downloads\FooBMA.jar"

    while replacing the first path with the path to your java.exe and the second with the path to this .jar file. Once set up you can simply create a .bat file with

    "C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin\java.exe" -jar "C:\Users\usernameofyou\Downloads\FooBMA.jar" run

    in it to run the authenticator (with your paths of course...).

Just want it for the sake of convenience of not having to get my quite slow mobile and waiting for it to show the generated code. I still want the authenticator on the mobile to work for when i am playing at a friend's or sth...
    Yes. You want the Token which is stored in some configuration file on your phone as 40 hexadecimal characters. The location and the file format is not standardized and can vary from phone to phone.

    Background:
    - The serial number (e.g. EU-1234-5678-9012) is only used as an identifier and is not related to the key generation at all.
    - Keys are a function of time & the token (40 hexadecimal characters / 20 bytes)

    Thank you very much. Found the token in the .rms file of the BMA directly behind the serial number on my Motorola KRZR K1. Working perfectly with serial and token entered in the registry.

    Some thought I have about this:
    Does anyone realize how much easier hackers can get your password/auth code with this?
    If you do think your account is worth the most annoying-sounding pet in the game, I suggest you rethink about your priorities. At least 10 times.

    Other than that, if you cannot afford a 6-8$ authenticator from blizzard... !
    Don't go to blizzard and complain if/when your account gets hacked.
    This auth emu is a potential gold mine for WoW hackers, and you are responsible.

    ~Thank you for reading my thought. :P

    Who said anything about running it on the same machine as WoW? Ah, I get it. You just assumed that.

    But of course, I am responsible for short-sighted people who use this inappropriately, just like knife makers are responsible for people who cut themselves. I posted an emulator, along with the source code. That's it. It's up to the users what they do with it.

    Other than that, the emulator doesn't make it easier for fraudsters to gain access to your machine in any way. Take your FUD and drop it somewhere else please.

    Kynox: I now understand why you only posted the library of your C# Authenticator emulator, instead of a fully functional UI. *sigh*

    Code:
        private static final int mysteryNumbers[] = {
            0xf4240, 0x989680, 0x5f5e100
        };
    mysteryNumbers? #fail
    never thought of 10^6, 10^7, 10^8 ?
    and suddenly also the number 6 makes sense

    I have a small issue...
    I tried putting the auth code into the Battle.net security area and the auth area there is smaller >.>
    From battle.net:
    HTML Code:
    <input type="text" id="authValue" name="authValue" value="" class="text" maxlength="8" tabindex="2"/>

    maxlength="8" sounds about right. The generated keys are 8 digits.
