Can't help you with Warden detecting the processes for bots/hacks running on the computer, but as far as web-browsing of excellent sites such as this one(or pr0n), I simply use a second computer. The use of a second comp for web browsing, IM's, voice chat, and whatnot not only gives you immunity to Warden watching where you go on the net, as well as freeing you from the burden of alt-tabbing but it frees up valuable system resources on your gaming computer so you can run more addons.

There is also the added bonus to being able to generate massive lag spikes in your connection using the second computer without any lag-generating processes on your WoW computer for Warden to detect.

And before you quibble about cost, the machine I'm typing this message on was built from spare parts.
