Blizzard updated Warden a few days ago and GB 1.01 was not on the target list. Its likely that 1.01 will be "safe" for at least a month.

A change in the wow client would be required to detect all releases after 1.01.

Harsh but true. We rushed out 1.02 within a few hours of the Kynox post and openly stated we were trading stability for security. The 1.03 tests are very stable and we really want to get it to release by next week.

This bot is awesome, ive been using it for about a week now and botting smart, short sessions, only mining and selling ores to private buyers ive made 6k. I didn't bot every night, and I don't bot more than 5 hours at a time. Im about to buy a second account and put mining/herb on it and let it run wild with 1.03 and see what happens. This bot changed the way I play wow for sure.

Thats a hack used by farmers in Wintergrasp. The program itself is in Chinese.

Probly... but there is no way to get caught using this unless your reported and that wont happen unless someone follows you around and monitors exactly what movements you make (which is still doubtful) You would be best to only bot for short periods of time 3-5 hours and remain at your computer so you can check on it periodicly thus you wont get banned.
