I'm giving this a try as well, i can't believe it's accurate if you do not have to provide a color to look for

Edit: Gave it a try in Goldshire and Stormwind, it targeted the grass and kept spamming the submarine sound

It's works 100% if wow's graphical options are correctly configure .

There is an algorythm to find the bobber and it works FINE.

Have you read the tutorial (in french) and place correctly the camera ?
The most important is the Multisampling in wow's graphical options. You need to put it 1X.

It works now, i had fullscreen glow effect turned on
To be honest, the accuracy was impressive, it finds the bob nearly every time.

The one thing i absolutely hate however is the GUI, it's much too bloated.
Don't get me wrong, im not saying it's bad or anything

We'll see which bot will be best, let the war begin >=D (just kidding)
