If I understand this correctly, AutoMacro should now work, right?

Edit: Maybe not. It was written using a bug with the chatframe, so I'm not sure if it'll still work. Going to test in a minute.

Edit2: Nope. But you don't really AutoMacro to do things with it, though the syntax was a bit easier. Was able to get a macro written that did mostly what I wanted it to pretty easily. +rep

just compare a protected lua function with a non protected, it wasnt that hard to understand. Cheers bobby

Ok i rarely reply to threads but im going to do my best to explain the power that this tool has.

Basicly blizzard has protected certian LUA functions to prevent exploits from macros, scripts or addons.

Given the list of blocked LUA functions on wowo wiwki it looks like most of them are ones used to prevent some sort of automation.

Now although from the looks of it you can provoke movments with this from what i can tell without alittle bit of work you cant make some sort of BOT easily. To me the power of this comes in the form of macros which you can use to automate ability rotations and or possible farming. These are all what i think can be done. im sure knoyx may be able to add alittle more specific details into things he has tried to do as proff of concept.

The /in command is not a WoW command. It's an extra slash command from certain mods. (I forget exactly which. Might be a action bar mod.)
