My account Banned from Scamming! [DnD Scam] HELP

Please guys if anyone can help me out! I was trying the DND scam, and sure enough it worked. Although today i got this:

We are sending you this email to inform you that we have, unfortunately, had

Type of Violation: Attempting to gain login information for other accounts
Consequences for Account: Account Suspended pending investigation

review of the history of problems associated, and consideration of
subsequent sanction which may needed to be taken. You will be contacted via
email by our Account Administration Team shortly.

That's not to good actually depending on the previous "ban" you might be facing a permanent suspention, yeh.

Like the other guys in the thread said, never scam with your main account.

I've heard reports that the /dnd doesnt ever work on EU!? Gah, idk, never tried it there. Welll, NEVER do dnd scam with your main account just so you know >.>

so in the situation that you dont have a second what? whit the trial you cant use the whispers and you cannot send msg in trade channel ^^

Yep, DND scam doesn't work on EU I think, let me guess, on the US version if you typ in /DND Hello Kitty, and the one who's whispering you see: Hello Kitty.

On EU however, if I typ in /DND Hello Kitty and I get a whisper, the person who whispers me sees this:

Do Not Disturb: Hello Kitty.

That's the difference I guess but o well.

Ontopic, I think that if you already got a warning for scamming then you can expect a 3-days ban or instant ban. It means for Blizzard that you didn't learned your lesson the first time, and thus, they don't think that you will change and therefore they just ban you permament, or if you're lucky, 3 days ban.

Ya i sure hope so, this account is almost 4 years old! With 4 years of characters, gold, items, etc...

Also someone should put the EU vs US thing on those DnD threads... had i known this i wouldn't have done it!
