When you are on the Ratchet boat, heading from ratchet to BB, right before it goes into the loading screen at the end of the echo isles there is a delay. If you jump at the right time, it takes a few tries, you will fall and fall and fall(be sure to bring a slow fall potion or 2) onto a white mountian marked as WPL, you have to bring 2 accounts to do this as it is a trade bug. One person trades and the receiver logs off right after trade, and you still have your money.

Sorry, I can't show pics right now I'm at my dads, and while trying to reinstall WoW today, my drive burned my friggin disc... so you'll have to wait till tuesday because thats when i get to my moms. But I would very much hope someone else on the forums posts pics or a movie before I can. Oh and yes, it does work for 1.10.2, I had my friend test it on a Live Blizzard server, Bloodscalp to be exact.

i think you need to time it, RIGHT when the loading screen is about to appear. Your load time is usually the same every time, so you can go on one "practice run" to see how much time it takes to load and then make a timed jump.

Well tried it again and i was nearly close cause in the moment the loading screen appears the ship stops and then you got to jump off very quickly....i did but to early...sick of trying for today

Dont give up!! it is really hard to do it. Also how much the ship is standing still depends on the server lag i think. also a question to the original poster, does it DC you after a while when you are on the white WPL mountain? like is it possible for me to go there on my main, and then on an alternate account to bring my friends character there and dupe? Also, how many times have you done it? was it a 1 time thing? or you have repeated it? maybe it was a special case of server lag.

Hmm I didnt try using a main and an alt so that might work, but no it doesnt disconnect you, also it was only tried once but there wasnt any lag, so I didnt bother asking him to try again.
Oh and to Basti51 yes you have to go right before the loading screen and no you don't have to log off but your friend does.

OK, I am not trying to piss anyone off, my friend came over today and said he knew a gold dupe. He said he tried it and it worked, he has yet to lie to me so there is no reason for him to start now.
EDIT: also, he said he got it from some paying site mmoedge i believe
