Easiest way to run protected LUA code?

Hey,
Is it possible to somehow add LUA addons into the wow MPQ files, so it can call protected functions? I play on private wotlk servers, with the old game EXE. I just want a very simple rotation bot, but using LUA unlockers can be detected easily.
