    Mage iceblock exploit

If you are a mage, and you have iceblock, you are in for a treat Once you are in iceblock, have a priest cast a shield on you right before iceblock expires, you will not get the "weakened soul" debuff, as it says 'Immune'. So basically if you are pvping and you see a mage in iceblock priests...PW: Shield them a couple times

What exactly is the effect? Can you stack PW:S? or is it just the fact that you don't get the weakened soul so as soon as the shield wears off you can shield them again?
