0 speed auto-attack, how?

Hi, in my server i just saw someone 'insta' kill another, for what it seemed hitting at 0 speed.
The 'exploiter' was a warrior, then i saw a couple more warriors do that, attack a million times in 1 second, insta killing any player.

What is this?

Is there a macro that does this instead of Blinkstrike swords?
Because I've seen people that are in constant PvP, and they don't have time to switch out their swords repeatedly. :/
