Hmm, this is interesting.

I might want to have a card like that. I've already lost about $400 to PayPal because my accounts got limited, and I have no credit card to add. Does this work? If so, I would be interested in getting one aswell... Though how would you get out the money later? Through a bank account?

It does work. I recieved mine yesterday and verified my new US paypal.
