I tested it, and made a support dh do t16 dmg. I did however only do this for 30 seconds before resetting the momentum stacks.
The idea was to find a spot with many mobs. When you have been in GR's you may have notised there can be lag with alot of mobs.
You know that the momentum stacks fall /count down of if you don't recast the generator, if you got the lag to be really bad and punish the game the server would not be able to renew the momentum stack to count up but it would still count down getting the momentum stack to reach a negative value like -1.
As the damage from the God set is multiplied with the momentum stack you would get an invalid value, as it's impossible to do negative damage (give the mobs healing) you get the damage numbers into an invalid range. As its possible to do trillion numbers of damage normally one could assume that the max value of the dmg one can make is very unlimited but ofc there is a max. imagine when a clock reaches 23:59 and switces to 00:00, there are safeguards on a digital clock not to show 99:99, but you could argue in simple terms this is what happened.
Once you reached the 99:99 state you would port to town take of the generator so you would not roll it over to 00:00 again and then start the grift without a generator. You should be able to do the max amount of dmg at all possible in the game.
I assume this - 1. it took long for this to reach the developers, 2. they needed to fix the momentum value serverside making it impossible to be negative and apply this patch to all servers. It's also very possible that this was very hard to detect apart from the obvious fast gr's, this would look like normal gaming. It would make no sense to save what dmg value each player does to each mob in the game.
