Leveling Exploit??

Hi I remember reading about an exploit on private servers where you change something on client side and after you hand in a quest you instantly hit 70

Did a few searches but I dont see it.

Anyone remember how it went? (and if it still works?)

i think it was with wpe and multiply the packets for the instant quest or the quests that send you to talk with another npc but i think it doesnt work now
