Help with targeting WoW.exe process

Hello, i was just wondering if anyone could help me out with my Wow.exe process. Every time i run WPE, or Emu hacker, or any other program that needs to target/open Wow.exe, none of the programs seem to be able to find it.

With WPE i've used PermEdit and tried the modified version but it still doesn't show WoW when targeting a process. And it isn't the server either because i've used WPE on the same server on a different computer.

I'm currently running Windows Vista Home Premium 64 bit version which could be the problem. I was just wondering if anyone here could help me out. I'm not sure if this is the forum to be posting on but i figured since most of the exploits are done with these programs someone might fill me in. Thanks in advance

You need to run WPE and Permedit both as administrator. I'm running Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit and thats how I get mine working.


And with WoW Emu Hacker, run it as administrator also.

Yes, that will work, and for further you can disabling your UAC - "User Account Control" Because that make your computer to not view if you want to Accept or Decline all programs you open, wich is good too. And for other games like Star Wars Galaxies and more you will have to disable UAC because it disturb something im not really sure why but UAC is completely useless. Disable it by -----> Control Panel -------> Users/User Accounts ----> Enable or Disable Control of User Account. Disable it....

Hope it works better now with other programs/games too.

WPE won't be able to record traffic from WoW.exe if WoW.exe isn't run as administrator btw.

You can still mod the traffic though.
