Not a bad list...

I would add all the Dark Iron crafted gear to the plate list.

Smokey's Drape should be added to the cloak list, easily obtained from a quest in Eastern Plaguelands. 38 Armor, 9 STA, and +10 Fire Resist. Toss the cheap +7 Fire Resist enchant on there and you are good to go. I don't have my Onyxia cloak yet, so I'm tanking in this in MC.

Oh and don't forget to add Libram of Resilience to your FR head and leg items... that another +20 Fire Resist in both slots.
