[oB] Great Farming Spot

*I'd post this in the Guides section, but I believe its true reward come from letting your bot farm it, although it can be used by non-botters --hopefully not a repost--*

Oshu'Gun, SW Nagrand


Primary mobs:
Voidspawn (lvl 65-66)

Suggested player lvl:
70

Drops (in order of drop frequency):
Netherweave Cloth
Mote of Shadow
Random Greens
Random Blues

Info:
I would supply my oB map, but I only just switched PCs.

As I use oB, I'll assume you do too!

This place is great for farming Mote of Shadow, as we all know they upped the mote droprate fairly recently.

Mapping, using the above screenshot:
1st set your faction GY, repair/mail - very easy to do.

As you can see from the screenie, the place seems custom made for botting, as Oshu-Gun has a huge circle around it -- I use this circle as the main hub of my mapping route.

Just follow it around til you've encircled the whole thing -- making sure to add Hotspots 1st at 1/4 intervals, then add more to the locations mentioned below:

After making mapping the circle, you want to branch off to each of the glyph type formations (see map above).

Be sure to make at least 2 routes to and from each adjoining section, so as not to encounter route issues later.

Once you're happy that you have most of the area mapped around the circle, it's time to add mobs to IGNORE* -- this is important if you want to be as efficient as possible.

*Mobs to IGNORE
As you make your initial map, keep your eyes open for the following mobs to Add to your list of mobs to Avoid in oB:

Aged Clefthoof
Banthar (elite)
Clefthoof Bull
Clefthoof Calf
Clefthoof
Durn the Hungerer (elite)
Living Cyclone
Vir'aani Raider
Vir'aani Arcanist
Voidhunter Yar

nb. Avoiding these mobs will either, 1) reduce your chance of dying, or 2) avoid wasting time/mana/HP on mobs whose drops aren't of prime interest.

Gathering Profs:
Be sure to make suffecient routes to would-be herb/mine spots!

Conclusion
As I said at the start, I use this location mainly for Mote of Shadow farming as they sell really well on my server; although the Netherwave and Green item drops are high too.

I've been easily making around 1.5k gold a week from just farming a few hours+ per weekday (late night/mornings being the best time, of course).

Plus at lvl 70, the Voidspawn die easily, the drop rate is great, and circular route is just so easy to map out!

yeah primal shadow sell good on my server too, about 18g each, better than my old server have a hard time selling at 15g each xD
