Question: How to make Custom Weapon Displays

Ok it sounds crazy, but its possible. Im new here yet and im working on some kind of rep gaining Guide that hasnt been listen. In the mean time Im really been trying to research this but come out empty.... My friend on wowjunkies is a GM/Dev he feels all special and wont help me. He has custom weap skins and isnt willing to tell me how. Soo I was wondering if anyone would be willing do give any advice on how to do this....
