Falling Snowflakes On Screen - Suggestion/Problem

Well, I like the fact that there are falling snowflakes on the screen, but everyone once in a while, there is one that is close to the edge, and they mnove from side to side, and when it goes too far on one side, the bar at the bottom comes up because there is more to the right, which is the rest of the snowflake, but when it comes back, the bar goes away. And sometimes the snowflake moves back and forth fast, so I have a bar flashing at the bottom of the screen, and it gets a little annoying, even if it doesn't happen often.

Well, I don't know how to workthis stuff but if you can mabye you can make a bar or something on each side that shows how far to the sides a snowflake can go, so there is no flashing bar at the bottom of my screen.
