Bought a classic wow account. should i wait for a character transfer?

So my account got banned and I am buying a new account to pick up where I left off. the account im buying is from a different country (same server region as mine though). I'm worried that having the account ip address show up in a new location, have some account info changes, and character transfer to my server in a short period would get it flagged for suspicion or banned for account sharing. Is this an issue other people have that I should worry about? will naming my new character after the transfer to a very similar name as my banned character raise suspicion from blizz as well?
