I discovered this exploit because someone was doing it to me. They
spammed attack while I was still waiting for my spell to cast and got
the xp and loot after I killed it. He hit it with a ranged weapon
maybe twice. I thought it might be a good way for my partner and I to
powerlevel our alts so I tried it in another zone with my partner's
main char and my lower level alt and sure enough I got the xp and the
loot after I killed it.

Basically you're stealing everyone's xp if you spam attack out of
range on mobs before someone else hits them.

this is somewhat fixed. They made it so you dont gain the full amount of xp when a higher lvl player nukes somthing that you tagged. It seems that the xp you gain is almost based on the amount of damage you do to the target.

how long would it actually take like lets say i made a warlock how long would it take to lvl that character from lvl 1 to 60 cuz i dont know im gettin kinda bored with WoW and im wonderin if i should quit WoW and play another mmo for a while

and i pretty much play from like 10 in the morning til like 11 at night

tagging isnt fixed, i do it all the time on bots.

guys guys, this is how it works:

For you to get full exp from the mob, the player who kills the target for you must have the possibility of gaining exp from the mob aswell. Green-Red status!

So if you are level 48, you can get a lvl 60 to kill your targets and you get full exp from it.

So lets pretend you are level 50 and goes to Tyrshand.

You have 2 level 60's helping you, so you just tag the target, and they kill it for you. Doing this will let you get minimum 100.000 exp/hour.

If you get more to help you, the faster exp rate you will get. =)

if u hit it once you wont get as much xp compared to if u wer hittin it the whole time...
