First use [App]Remove all item cooldowns

Then get the Trinket "Badge of the Swarmguard" - Badge of the Swarmguard - Items - World of Warcraft

Click it Twice.

It should give you this buff,

Badge of the Swarmguard
Grants Insight of the Qiraji on attacks.

If you did it right, you should have you arms waving around like your casting something, but you aren't. Your hands should glow. Now what you do is, Eat! You should be able to run around and have the eat or drink buff still on. You can mount and go in combat also.
