What is everyone's opinion on stealing Devilsaur skins same faction?

I'm on Horde Herod and it seems like ppl don't care anymore. It's all just 'fuck it, who cares?' behavior. You kill a devilsaur and three people jump out of nowhere to hide in its body till you loot it.

Coming from private servers myself this behaviour being treated so lightly is really strange. A buddy of mine who plays on Alliance Fearlina says all bad behaviour is being handled cause with all the streamers; nothing goes by unnoticed. But this behaviour should not be allowed period right? I'm not a fan of blacklists or anything, but there should be repercussions to being a douche.

Blame blizzard for not having a tagging system on skinning. Corpses are fair game once their looted. No such thing as ninja looting skins.
